The Professional Services Team at WHR provides strategic cost effective advice upon a range of issues as they apply to commercial properties. The range of advice upon which we advise may be categorised between landlord and tenant issues which will include rent reviews and lease renewals, business rates and valuations.

The work that we undertake crosses all sectors of commercial property including industrial, offices, retail and leisure properties. We are retained by property owners/investors and occupiers, which include institutional and private clients.

We work very closely with other teams within WHR, in particular, the office, industrial and investment consultancy teams who are able to provide us with access to first class transactional information which complements the advice we are able to provide and strategies that we implement.
