On behalf of LGC Standards a detailed market search was undertaken which established that no suitable existing accommodation was available to accommodate this highly bespoke requirement. Detailed negotiations were entered into to secure a new, high tech office / laboratory unit on a design and build basis with WHR Building Consultancy project managing the scheme to ensure an efficient and satisfactory outcome to this highly specialised and complex facility.

WHR went to considerable lengths to understand in detail the nature of our clients business and physically how the space will be used on a day to day basis Operations in Manchester , Birmingham and London were visited to gain first hand experience of the quality of premises required and integration between different parts of the business , within the new office / lab/ storage unit.
