At lease renewal, in addition to advising and negotiating the rent, lease length, break options etc it is also appropriate to consider opportunities to incorporate or alter other lease terms.

Our detailed knowledge of the process enables us to provide a clear and concise service to our clients, whilst providing appropriate and timely advice with a co-ordinated and straight talking approach.

When acting for Landlord/investor clients, the team advise on new lease terms and can provide appropriate strategic advice if a client requires a property back for their own occupation, development, etc.

Whilst acting for occupier clients pending lease expiry, coordination and advice is required as to the options available, which may include re-locating, downsizing, expanding or retaining existing premises. We work closely with the Building Consultancy Team to advise clients on repair liabilities and possible dilapidation issues.
